DEFECT WARRANTY, GUARANTEE

Gijura MB is liable for defects in accordance with the respective legally applicable regulations. Legal warranty term according to EU directive is 24 months for consumers, starting with the delivery date.

Guarantee is applied assuming, that:
- purchased items are mounted according to technical requirements by qualified technician/service;
- warranty covers manufacturing defects and transportation defects.

Guarantee is void for goods:
-  when defects occurred during wrong storage, unqualified mounting, or improper operation;
- goods not used for its intended purpose.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Please contact us about return procedures for any product you deem to be defective.

All defective merchandise is subject to inspection to determine if the issue is a result of a manufacturer's defect, normal wear and tear, or misuse.

If a fabrication defect is recognized by the manufacturer, all the generated shipment costs, both for the return shipment as for the shipment of the replaced or repaired item, are at our expense. We reserve the right to refuse the exchange of an item in case the returned item doesn´t arrive in the conditions indicated in our returns policy. So once we receive any answer regarding your case, we will be able to act immediately as indicated by the brand. You will be informed directly by us if the guarantee has been accepted and if so, if the manufacturer will repair or replace the item.
